Molecular solids are just that – solids made of molecules.
As such, they are help together by intermolecular attractions. This means that the properties of molecular solids can vary widely, from those held together by strong Hydrogen bonds to those held together by weak London Dispersion Forces.
A few examples worth looking at are: (water) ice and dry ice.
