Standard Temperature and Pressure (STP for short) for gases is defined as 0oC (the freezing point of pure water) and 1 atmosphere of pressure.
Of course, just to be confusing we have a different standard temperature for thermo-chemistry (25oC), but if you are working with gases, the assumption should always be 0oC.
